Daco sold its Industrial Power segment to The advanced Tecnologist Co. "TATCO" Dec 2009 in Riyadh City. The deal includes complete transfer of personnel, machinery, tools and projects to TATCO. DACO will extend warranty coverage to the proects for three months ending March 2010. DACO signed consultation contract with TATCO in which DACO continues its engineering support to TATCO until end of March 2010. By April 2010, DACO will be completely out of industrial power generation services for 12 months as per agreement.
